Acidity: Bright, citrusy
Body: Dark, rounded
Tasting: Bakers chocolate, black plum, key lime, gentle earthiness
Process: Black Honeyed
In this cup you will find a dark, round body that rings with hues of bakers chocolate and black plum. It has a syrupy, sticky sweetness that reminds me of piloncillo or dried figs. The acidity manifests briefly but brightly, touching on notes of key lime and citrus zest before finishing with a gentle earthiness. Though I think it plays best as a filter coffee it makes a super weird, blackberry bomb espresso.
